Necessary charges other than the product price

Shipping charges: Varies depending on the product purchased and the number of items. It will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Returns, Defective Goods, and Cancellations

In the case of an obviously defective product, damage due to inadequate packaging, or an incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery for a return or exchange.

We will not be able to accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons because the product is made to order.

We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

• In the event that we do not receive your order within 7 days after the product arrives.
• If the product is not defective
• If the product has been used even once
• If the product has been damaged or defaced by the customer, such as when opening the package or using it
• If the image on the page is different from the actual product (including color), if the customer ordered the wrong quantity, the wrong size, or ordered the wrong product, etc.
• In the case of uneven colors, scratches, stains, etc. caused by the original motifs of Ukiyoe, paintings, etc.
• Products that have been altered, customized, repaired, cleaned, etc. by the customer
