Nihonbashi bridge is depicted in the foreground, the Ichikoku Bridge in the background, Edo Castle above it, and Fuji at the far left in a perspective drawing. People on the bridge and boats passing under the bridge give a sense of the vitality of Edo (old Tokyo).
