"Tokaido Hodogaya” (Hodogaya on the Tokaido) from Katsushika Hokusai's "Fugaku Sanjurokkei" (Thirty-six Views of Mt. Fuji).
Hodogaya is a post station on the Tokaido, now Hodogaya-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The Shinano slope near the Hodogaya Inn was lined with magnificent pine trees, and the view of Fuji from here was famous.
