We will contact you after confirming with the manufacturing factory or shipping company.

Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations, changes in order details, returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

  2. If the product is not defective
  3. If the product has been used even once
  4. If the product has been damaged or defaced by the customer when opened or used.
  5. If the image on the page is different from the actual product (including color), if the customer ordered the wrong quantity, the wrong size, or ordered the wrong product, etc.
