It is also commonly known as “Kurofuji" (Black Fuji).The snow-covered peak rises above the clouds against a blue sky, while the base of the mountain is covered with black clouds and lightning bolts. The size of Mt. Fuji is expressed by the contrast of meteorological phenomena.
