"Onden no suisha” (The Waterwheel at Onden) from Katsushika Hokusai's "Fugaku Sanjurokkei" (Thirty-six Views of Mt. Fuji).
Onden is around Harajuku in present-day Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. This area used to be a rural area where water mills could be seen, and the Shibuya River (Onden River), now culverted, used to flow through the area.
